Tree of Life Registration Information
Tree of Life is accepting enrollment for the 3-year old and 4-year old classes for the 2016-2017 school year.
Children must be four years old and potty-trained by September 1st to enroll in the 4 year old program. Children must be three years old and potty-trained by September 1st to enroll in the 3 year old program. Children will be accepted on a first come, first served basis as long as space is available. Our teacher student ratio is 1:10 for the 3 year old class and 1:12 for the 4 year old class. Enrollment for each class is limited to the first 20 students.
The monthly fee for the 2016-17 school year is
$150/month for the 4-year old program
$120/month for the 3-year old program
There is a non-refundable $25 registration fee.
To register your child, please:

- Include the $75.00 registration fee. Make checks payable to "Tree of Life Lutheran Preschool"
- Return the form and fee (by mail or in person) to Tree of Life Lutheran Preschool, 910 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047
The monthly fee for the 2015-16 school year is $175/month for the 4-year old program and $140/month for the 3-year old Program. Your canceled tuition check will serve as your receipt. There is a $30 monthly discount for each additional child enrolled in the school.
